By creating an account and using Parimatch Casino website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Read carefully. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older (21+ in applicable jurisdictions).
• You must not be a resident of a restricted country (USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Israel, and select others).
• You must not be an employee or family member of Parimatch staff.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

2. Account Rules

• One account per player, per household, per IP. Multi-accounting is strictly forbidden.
• Account information must be accurate and up-to-date. Provide your real name, DOB, and address.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
• Parimatch reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for suspicious activity, fraud, or T&C violations.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₹300. Maximum depends on method.
• Deposits must come from a source in your name (no third-party payments).
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Maximum: ₹9,00,000 (crypto) or ₹1,00,000 (bank/UPI) per transaction.
• Processing time: 24 hours for UPI / PhonePe and crypto, up to 5 business days for bank transfers.
• We may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of AML compliance.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has specific terms — always read before claiming.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum bet during wagering: ₹500 per spin/hand (exceeding voids bonus).
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, collusion — results in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Parimatch reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. KYC and AML

Parimatch follows international AML standards and may request verification at any time. Required documents for India players:

• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, <3 months old)
• Selfie with ID
• Source of funds (for large deposits/withdrawals)

Failure to complete KYC within 7 days of request results in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

6. License & Regulation

Parimatch Casino India is operated by [TODO: legal entity], licensed and regulated by the Curacao eGaming Authority under License No. OGL/2024/580/0570. All gaming operations are subject to Curacao law. Disputes are resolved through the regulator's complaint process.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Multi-accounting or use of VPN to circumvent geo-restrictions
• Collusion or coordinated betting patterns
• Use of automated software (bots) to play
• Money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting
• Fraud — chargebacks, disputed card payments, identity theft
• Bonus abuse or exploiting glitches

Violation results in account termination, bonus/winnings forfeiture, and potential legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

1. Contact live chat or email support with your concern.
2. If unresolved within 14 days, escalate to [email protected].
3. If still unresolved, file a complaint with Curacao eGaming: [email protected].
4. Binding arbitration under Curacao law is the final step if needed.

9. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support. Parimatch may terminate or suspend accounts for T&C violations, fraud, or regulatory reasons. Remaining balance (less any withheld funds for pending wagering or AML review) is returned to your registered payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

Parimatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service — scheduled maintenance and rare outages may occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Curacao law. Applicable laws of India (consumer protection, tax, AML) also apply where relevant. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts, except where local consumer protection law mandates otherwise.

12. Tax

Players are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings in their country of residence. For India players: TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) at 30% applies on net winnings exceeding ₹10,000 per transaction under the Income Tax Act 2023. Parimatch may deduct TDS at source as required.

13. Changes to Terms

Parimatch reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes are notified via email and the site banner. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
